Dream Body Practices

Hi,

It’s Natalia and Zofia here.

We would like to invite you to the next edition of our workshop, this time we will be opening it up to those speaking English as well.

During the classes we will practise looking at reality from different perspectives in order to change our habitual way of being and acting in the world. Our proposal will allow you to start to increase sensitivity, awareness and listening as part of your everyday life. We will also focus on getting out of our routine, such as: discovering unknown places in the world as well as ourselves and finding new ways of paying/ giving attention. This will allow us to enter into a renewed relationship with the world, staying deeply sensitized and transcending everyday identity.

We drew inspiration from somatic practices, dream work connected to The School of Images in New York and process work. Working with mental images, dreams and somatic practices allows us to look into our inner landscapes and enter into a dialogue with them. We want to offer experiential exercises that will allow you to immerse yourself deeply into reality. Sometimes there is a need in our lives to just stop or slow down so that we can sharpen our attention, notice what is already present and enter into a creative dialogue with it.
